About the Journal
Since its early establishment, SEAMOLEC as one of SEAMEO Centre which focuses in Open and Distance Learning has been very active in disseminating e-learning issues in the region. The centre has produced many scientific works in form of printed books, articles, scientific journals, modules and research reports. Annually, research and development activities in SEAMOLEC showed a significant increase in the number of activities and topics.
To improve the service to the region, on 27 February, 2017 SEAMOLEC launched its online journal system by transforming the printed journals into electronic and make it accessible online. The centre wishes that the collection of studies and research from SEAMOLEC will be able to help education practitioners in the region.
